Our warranty covers:

• Structural integrity of the turf
• Seams and installation workmanship
• Proper drainage and base preparation
• Manufacturer defects (when applicable)

We believe in doing the job right the first time. That means using premium materials, expert installation methods, and proven construction practices that are built to last.

What’s Not Covered

While our warranty is comprehensive, certain conditions fall outside of coverage. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use over time
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper activities on the turf
• Lack of routine care or neglect of basic maintenance
• Damage caused by sharp objects, heavy machinery, or vehicles driven over the turf
• Pet damage beyond normal use, including digging or excessive wear in specific areas
• Fire damage, burns, or heat-related damage
• Flooding, standing water, or water damage caused by drainage issues outside of our installation
• Ground shifting, soil erosion, tree root growth, or natural settling of the property
• Acts of nature including storms, earthquakes, and extreme weather events
• Vandalism, intentional damage, or modifications performed by third parties
• Work altered, repaired, or adjusted by anyone other than Turf & Construction Pros

This warranty does not cover cosmetic changes that do not affect performance, such as minor color fading due to sun exposure over time.
